Rusted concrete column bearing capacity prediction method based on AdaBoost
The invention discloses a rusted concrete column bearing capacity prediction method based on AdaBoost. The method comprises the following steps: 1, firstly, collecting a large amount of test data of rusted concrete columns, including basic information and maximum bearing capacities of the concrete columns; 2, constructing dimensionless input variables based on the basic information of the concrete columns, and forming a training data set by taking the maximum bearing capacities as output variables; 3, putting the data set into an AdaBoost algorithm for training, and initializing an AdaBoost model; 4, introducing m weak learners to carry out iterative training, and adjusting a weight of each weak learner until an overall strong learner has optimal prediction precision; and 5, predicting the maximum bearing capacity of the rusted concrete column based on the trained AdaBoost model. The method is beneficial to prediction of bearing capacities of concrete structures considering the corrosion degradation effect.
本发明公开了一种基于AdaBoost的锈蚀混凝土柱承载能力预测方法,方法包括以下步骤:1.首先大量搜集锈蚀混凝土柱的试验数据,包括混凝土柱的基本信息以及最大承载能力;2.基于混凝土柱的基本信息构建无量纲的输入变量,最大承载能力作为输出变量,形成训练数据集;3.将数据集放入AdaBoost算法进行训练,并初始化AdaBoost模型;4.引入m个弱学习器进行迭代训练,调整各弱学习器的权重,直到整体强学习器具有最佳的预测精度;5.基于训练好的AdaBoost模型进行锈蚀混凝土柱最大承载能力预测。本发明有助于考虑锈蚀退化效应的混凝土结构承载能力预测。
