The invention discloses a non-power flue gas filter with a cleaning function, which comprises a sealing box, an unpowered hood arranged at the upper end of the sealing box, a cylindrical filter screen arranged in the sealing box and a flushing device used for cleaning the cylindrical filter screen. The cylindrical filter screen is vertically arranged in the sealing box. The top of the cylindrical filter screen is sealed, an air inlet communicated with the chimney is formed in the lower end of the cylindrical filter screen, an upper through hole and a lower through hole are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the sealing box respectively, the unpowered air cap is connected with the upper through hole through an exhaust pipeline, and the chimney is arranged in the lower through hole in a penetrating mode and connected with the air inlet of the cylindrical filter screen. The flushing device comprises a water storage tank, a sprinkler head connected with the water storage tank through a water outlet pipe and a manual water pump used for conveying water in the water storage tank to the sprinkler head, the manual water pump is connected with the sprinkler head through the water outlet pipe, and the sprinkler head is annularly arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the cylindrical filter screen; the filter can filter small particles in smoke after combustion, can clean the filter screen, and does not need electric power.
