The concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 280 to 340 parts of cement, 94 to 98 parts of fly ash, 1100 to 1200 parts of pumice waste residue, 45 to 55 parts of steel fiber, 100 to 120 parts of alkali-resistant glass fiber, 250 to 300 parts of water, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of glucose, 0.5 to 1 part of cellulose ether, 3 to 5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1 to 2 parts of a thickening agent and 55 to 63 parts of expanded volcanic rock particles. The pumice waste residues in the concrete can flow along with slurry, the fluidity of the concrete is improved, floating of the pumice waste residues is prevented, no treatment needs to be conducted on the surfaces of the pumice waste residues, particle size screening does not need to be conducted on the pumice waste residues, pumice waste residues can be used directly, and meanwhile, the strength, tensile strength, fracture resistance and crack resistance of the recycled concrete are improved.
