The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar comprises the components in parts by mass: 340 to 400 parts of cement, 50 to 70 parts of rubber powder, 25 to 45 parts of silica fume, 450 to 550 parts of water-washing graded sand, 35 to 45 parts of metakaolin, 5 to 10 parts of polymer rigid rubber powder, 10 to 20 parts of polymer flexible rubber powder, 1 to 3 parts of a water repellent, 1 to 1.5 parts of a defoaming agent, 1 to 1.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1 to 1.5 parts of fibers, 1.5 to 2 parts of a coupling agent and 140 to 200 parts of water. According to the flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar disclosed by the invention, by adding the metakaolin, the durability and waterproofness of the flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar can be improved; by adding the rubber powder and the fibers, the flexibility of the flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar is improved; and by adding the silica fume, the metakaolin, the rubber powder, the water repellent and the water reducing agent, the waterproof effect is achieved.
