The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a construction platform for a bridge main tower bracket and a construction method of the construction platform. The construction platform comprises vertical steel pipe piles arranged at four right angles of a square area; a pile cap is arranged at the upper end of each steel pipe pile, steel wedges with the upper end faces being inclined faces are distributed at the upper ends of the pile caps, and the upper end faces of the four steel wedges at the upper ends of the four steel pipe piles are located on the same inclined face and are installation inclined faces. A construction bracket is fixedly mounted on the installation inclined faces through a pair of cross beams; the construction bracket comprises I-shaped small longitudinal beams which are arranged in parallel; when the bearing platform is used and installed, the bottom end of each steel pipe pile is fixedly connected with a bridge main pier bearing platform part through a first climbing cone embedded part system, and the pair of front steel pipe piles is fixedly connected with a bridge main pier lower tower column through the pair of second climbing cone embedded part systems.
