The rainwater collection and reuse system comprises a rainwater collection pipe network, a pretreatment system, a lifting system and a rainwater reuse device, wherein the rainwater collection pipe network, the pretreatment system and the lifting system are sequentially arranged below the ground, and the rainwater reuse device is arranged in the basement; the rainwater reuse device comprises a stainless steel water storage pool, a treatment water pump, a multi-medium filter, a variable-frequency water supply pump and a stainless steel clean water pool which are sequentially arranged; the lifting system is connected with the stainless steel water storage pool; the stainless steel water storage pool is connected with the treatment water pump; the treatment water pump is connected with the multi-medium filter; the multi-medium filter is connected with the stainless steel clean water pool; the stainless steel clean water pool is connected with the variable-frequency water supply pump; a flocculation dosing device is arranged at the joint of the treatment water pump and the multi-medium filter; and a chlorination disinfection device is arranged at the joint of the multi-medium filter and the stainless steel clean water pool. Rainwater can be collected to the basement in rainy seasons, the space of the basement is fully utilized, and the rainwater is stored after being filtered and disinfected and used for road surface flushing, greening irrigation, basement flushing and the like.
