Or protruding parts are arranged on the two sides of the front end face of the base body, and the two idler wheels located at the front end of the base body are located at the bottoms of the protruding parts or in front of the bottoms of the protruding parts respectively. The overturning-preventing capacity of the base can be improved, inclination angle adjustment of the base body in one or more directions can be achieved, the pitch angle of an external equipment installation face can be further changed, and therefore operation precision is improved.
