The invention discloses an angle steel connecting beam column joint structure with a fan-shaped friction damper. The angle steel connecting beam column joint structure comprises a steel beam and a steel column which are orthogonally connected, wherein the fan-shaped friction damper is arranged below the connecting steel beam and the steel column; the fan-shaped friction damper comprises an outer clamping plate and an inner core plate; the outer clamping plate is provided with two first fan-shaped plates which are arranged at an interval; the inner core plate is provided with a second fan-shaped plate; a part of the second fan-shaped plate can be inserted between the two first fan-shaped plates; a friction surface layer is arranged in a contact area of the first fan-shaped plates and the second fan-shaped plate; the second fan-shaped plate is provided with an arc-shaped guide hole; the two first fan-shaped plates are provided with screw rod holes; and screw rods penetrate through the screw rod holes and the arc-shaped guide hole to connect the first fan-shaped plates and the second fan-shaped plate. According to the connecting joint structure, a large amount of earthquake energy is consumed through relative rotation of the fan-shaped friction damper when an earthquake occurs, so that the steel beam and the steel column are prevented from being damaged, and the rapid recovery of the structure function can be realized by replacing the fan-shaped friction damper after the earthquake.
