The invention discloses a ground induction coil, a manufacturing method thereof and a ground induction vehicle detector. The ground induction coil comprises a fixing assembly, a plastic chassis, a metal coil and a top sealing layer. The plastic chassis comprises a coil channel with a preset pattern, and the metal coil is embedded in the coil channel; the top sealing layer is matched with the plastic chassis to form a cavity to isolate the metal coil from the external environment; the fixing assembly is arranged at the bottom of the plastic base plate and used for fixedly connecting the ground duction coil to the preset area of a road surface. According to the invention, the coil channel for embedding the metal coil is arranged on the plastic chassis, and the metal wire is fully sealed in cooperation with the top sealing layer, so that compared with the prior art that the channel needs to be carved on a parking lot site, the arrangement difficulty of the coil channel is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; and the production and assembly of the ground induction coil can be completed in a factory, and thus the construction time in the parking lot is greatly shortened, and the construction steps in the parking lot are simplified.
