The invention discloses a construction process of lime nail composite tension-compression anti-floating anchor rods for layered rock soil. The construction process comprises the steps of arranging tension-compression anti-floating anchor rods and arranging lime nails, wherein each tension-compression anti-floating anchor rod comprises compression anchor bars, tension anchor bars, anchor bar pipes and a bearing plate, the compression anchor bars are connected with the bearing plate, the anchor bar pipes are arranged on the outer sides of the compression anchor bars in a sleeving mode, and the tension anchor bars are connected with the bearing plate which is installed at the bottom of one corresponding anchor rod hole; and the lime nails comprise lime filling sections and clay filling sections, the lime nails are installed in lime nail holes, the bottom sections of the lime nails are the lime filling sections, and the top sections of the lime nails are the clay filling sections. According to the construction process, the pulling force is evenly distributed on the anchoring length by means of the tension-compression anti-floating anchor rods, the anchoring force of the unit length of each tension-compression anti-floating anchor rod does not change along with the depth through coordinated deformation of the lime nails and a foundation, and the foundation bearing capacity, the pulling resistance of the anchor rods and the permeability of the rock soil are all improved through the coordinated effect of the lime nails and the tension-compression anti-floating anchor rods.
