The invention discloses an inner pipe assembly and a drainage pipeline, and relates to the technical field of pipelines. The inner pipe assembly comprises an inner-layer pipeline and a reinforcing band. The inner-layer pipeline comprises a base belt, a first clamping belt and a second clamping belt, the first clamping belt and the second clamping belt are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the base belt and fixedly connected with the base belt, the base belt extends in a spiral shape and forms a tubular structure, the first clamping belt is connected with the second clamping belt in a clamped mode. The reinforcing belt is spirally wound outside the first clamping belt and the second clamping belt so as to prevent the first clamping belt from being separated from the second clamping belt. Compared with the prior art, the inner pipe assembly adopts the first clamping belt and the second clamping belt which are clamped with each other as well as the reinforcing belt wound outside the first clamping belt and the second clamping belt, so that the strength of the inner-layer pipeline can be improved, and the inner-layer pipeline is ensured to have enough anti-pressure capability; deformation or damage is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
