First split columns and second split columns are combined to form a vertical frame of the modular building, and supporting plate beams fixed to side walls of the first split columns and side walls of the second split columns are utilized to form a transverse frame so that a three-dimensional frame of a room can be spliced on site; the extension change of the three-dimensional structure in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction can be achieved through splicing of first connecting assemblies, second connecting assemblies and the supporting plate beams, and therefore the applicability of the room frame is improved; and the modular building can be assembled by fixing wall boards in the gaps between the frames, and the room frame formed by the first split columns, the second split columns and the supporting plate beams does not occupy a large space in the transportation process, so that the space transportation utilization rate of a vehicle is increased, the cost is saved, and the building speed and the field installation speed of the modular building are increased to a certain extent through the modular building for assembling the room frame.
