The method comprises the following steps of S1, construction preparation: determining the mix proportion of required concrete, detecting performance parameters of the concrete, and making a test piece on site; S2, steel pipe column manufacturing: manufacturing at least two steel pipe columns, connecting the steel pipe columns in a stacked mode in the height direction, and conducting trepanning treatment on the top position of each layer of steel pipe column; S3, preparation before pouring: calculating the pouring amount of a single column, covering the top of an inverted slump cone and fixing the inverted slump cone on the steel pipe column, and detecting the performance of concrete in the slump cone; S4, assembling a pump pipe assembly, specifically, establishing a concrete pumping system through the pump pipe assembly; S5, conducting concrete pouring: pouring concrete into the steel pipe column along an open hole in the top of the steel pipe column till the preset height is reached, and then stopping pouring; and standing and observing the state of the concrete in the steel pipe column. According to the technical scheme, the quality of the concrete in the steel pipe column can be improved, and the concrete pouring efficiency is improved.
