The invention discloses a well opening integrated protection device and a construction method thereof. The well opening integrated protection device comprises a plurality of through holes formed in shear walls, a plurality of supporting steel pipes and a scaffold board; the through holes are divided into two sets to be formed in the two opposite shear walls and aligned one to one; the supporting steel pipes penetrate through the two aligned through holes; and the scaffold board is arranged on the supporting steel pipes and bound with the supporting steel pipes through steel wires.
