The invention provides a ceramic tile hollowing detection and repair device, which is applied to the technical field of ceramic tile hollowing detection and repair. The device comprises control equipment, a device shell, a detection structure and a repair structure, wherein the detection structure comprises an air cylinder, a knocking head, a telescopic rod, a sound wave receiver and a hollowing analyzer, and the repair structure comprises a grouting rubber head, a slurry storage box, a sliding structure, a cutting head, a grabbing part and a vibration sound wave device. The detection structure replaces manual operation and knocks a ceramic tile, the hollowing rate of the ceramic tile is read through sound waves generated during knocking of the ceramic tile, the repair structure repairs the joint of the ceramic tile and replaces manual operation to disassembly the ceramic tile in a non-destructive mode, and therefore, ceramic tile damage is greatly reduced, and the cost is reduced.
