The invention discloses an intelligent electric bicycle charging shed and a charging scheduling method thereof. The intelligent electric bicycle charging shed comprises a supporting frame, a shed roof fixedly connected to the upper end of the supporting frame, a master control box and a storage battery box connected with the master control box, and a photovoltaic power generation device and a wind power generation device are arranged at the upper end of the shed roof; the storage battery box is respectively connected with a mains supply, the photovoltaic power generation device and the wind power generation device, the supporting frame is provided with a plurality of sub-control boxes and a plurality of charging ports respectively connected with the sub-control boxes, the supporting frame is also provided with a lighting device, a monitoring device and a fire extinguishing device, the master control box comprises a master controller, and the master controller is connected with remote equipment. Solar energy and wind energy are used at the same time, and space is reasonably utilized while complementation is achieved; the monitoring device can well prevent a theft phenomenon and timely monitor whether a fire disaster occurs or not, and the fire extinguishing device can timely extinguish fire if the fire disaster occurs; and meanwhile, the mains supply can be controlled to charge the storage battery pack at night, so that the purpose of peak load shifting is achieved.
