The rolling wheels can protect the unmanned aerial vehicle, enable the unmanned aerial vehicle to be tightly attached to a to-be-detected bridge, enable the distance between the camera and the surface of a structure is fixed, and provide a basis for converting the disease pixel information in the acquired image into a real physical size. The power device on the tail rod can adjust the up-down relative position of the counterweight wheels and the unmanned aerial vehicle body, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle can be flexibly controlled to advance forwards and backwards.
