The invention discloses an improved autoclaved aerated concrete block processing technology. The processing technology comprises the following steps: preparing a dry slurry, namely mixing 300-320 parts of fly ash, 750-800 parts of silt and 450-480 parts of tailings, carrying out wet milling in a ball mill, feeding a wet milling product into a slurry tank, and conducting standing to form the dry slurry; respectively subjecting 300-320 parts of lime, 400-480 parts of cement, 1500-1600 parts of dry slurry, 2.55-2.65 parts of aluminum paste, 800-1000 parts of water and 2.5 parts of an additive to ball milling and crushing, conveying the crushed materials to a pouring stirrer through a spiral conveyor, carrying out uniform mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed material, and conveying the mixed material to a mold vehicle; shattering bubbles, and successively carrying out pre-curing, turning-over and cutting; carrying out autoclaved curing on the building block blanks; and conveying the building blocks having undergone autoclaved curing to a breaking machine, and breaking off the blanks. According to the invention, production energy consumption is reduced, cost is reduced, steam curing time is shortened, and pouring stability is improved.
