The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to a regenerated fiber concrete joggled luminous kerb and a preparation method thereof. The front end of the kerb is provided with a joggled boss, the rear end of the kerb is provided with a joggled groove matched with the joggled boss, and the surface of the curb is coated with a self-luminous material; the kerb is prepared from recycled concrete, steel fibers and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers, and waste ceramsite bricks are adopted in the recycled concrete. According to the invention, the light characteristic of the building garbage waste ceramsite brick is applied to the manufacture of the kerb so that the defects of large mass and higher production and transportation cost of the traditional kerb are improved; the kerb is coated with the self-luminous material so that the safety of driving at night is improved, the electric energy is saved, and the road is beautified; the kerb is designed to be in a joggle joint shape so that the kerb can be connected in a joggle joint mode, the phenomena that due to the smooth side face of the traditional kerb, connection is not firm, and dislocation and damage are prone to occurring are avoided, and the service life of the kerb is prolonged.
