Kiln slag recycling method
The invention relates to the technical field of furnace slag recycling, and discloses a kiln slag recycling method which comprises the following steps of: S1, preparing raw materials including kiln slag, gravel, raw limestone and gypsum according to a ratio of 30: 6: 4: 1; S2, crushing the kiln slag, the gravel, the raw limestone and the gypsum into small blocks, grinding the small blocks into powder through a crusher, and sieving the slag powder through a 20-100-mesh sieve; and S3, mixing the kiln powder, the gravel powder, the raw limestone powder and the gypsum powder, guiding the mixture into an edge mill, and compacting the mixture under the shearing and pressing action generated by rolling of the cylindrical surface of the edge mill and the plane of a grinding disc. According to the kiln slag recycling method, the kiln slag is made into bricks which are used as a building material, the resource utilization rate is increased, the environment is protected, and an income is increased on the original basis, so that benefit maximization is realized.
本发明涉及炉渣回收利用技术领域,且公开了一种窑炉炉渣回收处理方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将窑炉炉渣、砂石、生灰石和石膏按照30:6:4:1的比例准备原材料;S2、将窑炉、砂石、生灰石和石膏粉碎成小块后,并通过粉碎机进行磨粉,并对将炉渣粉经过20‑100目的筛网;S3、窑炉粉、砂石粉、生灰石粉和石膏粉进行混合,并将混合料导入轮碾机中,受轮碾机的圆柱形表面和碾盘平面的滚动产生剪压作用而被压实。该窑炉炉渣回收处理方法,将窑炉炉渣制成砖块,作为建筑材料进行使用,提高资源利用率,并保护环境,且在原有的基础上增加一项收益,从而实现利益最大化。
