The invention relates to the technical field of porcelain manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing process of Ding kiln porcelain fused with aerolite, which comprises the following steps: S1, weighing raw materials according to the weight; S2, preparing clay: pounding chinastone and kaolin in a blank by a water hammer, conducting washing, removing impurities and conducting precipitating to prepare a brick-shaped clay block, then blending the clay block with water, removing slag, extruding air in a clay pie out, and making water in the clay uniform to obtain the porcelain mud; S3, preparing a blank: throwing the porcelain mud to the center of a turntable on a windlass, drawing the shape of the blank along with the flexion, extension, retraction and release of a technique to obtain a primary blank, putting the primary blank on a sharp barrel of the windlass, rotating the turntable, and rotationally conducting cutting with a cutter to obtain the blank; and S4, conducting primary kiln firing: firing the blank in a kiln at 710-760 DEG C for 3.5-4 hours, stopping firing, conducting cooling to room temperature, and taking out the fired biscuit for later use. According to the invention, not only can the water blocking performance of the Ding kiln porcelain be further improved, but also the antibacterial effect of the Ding kiln porcelain on escherichia coli can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及瓷器制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种融有陨石的定窑瓷器的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、按量称取原料;S2、制泥:将胚料中的瓷石和高岭土经水碓舂细,淘洗,除去杂质,沉淀后制成砖状的泥块,然后再用水调和泥块,去掉渣质,并把泥团中的空气挤压出来,并使泥中的水分均匀,得瓷泥;S3、制坯:将瓷泥摔掷在辘轱车上的转盘中心,随手法的屈伸收放拉制出坯体的外形,得初坯,再将初坯放在辘轳车的利桶上,转动车盘,用刀旋削后得坯体;S4、一次烧窑:将坯体后放入710‑760℃的窑炉中烧制3.5‑4小时,停火冷却至室温,将烧成的素坯取出,备用。本发明不仅能够进一步地提高定窑瓷器的阻水性能,而且还能有效地改善其对于大肠杆菌的抗菌效果。
