The invention discloses a bridge floor continuous structure for a simply supported beam and inverted T-shaped bent cap system and a construction method. The bridge floor continuous structure comprises a bridge structure formed by a plurality of main beams and inverted-T-shaped bent caps with inverted-T-shaped cross sections. A bridge deck concrete pavement layer is arranged on each main beam; the connecting ends of every two adjacent main beams are connected with the corresponding inverted T-shaped bent cap through a bridge deck continuous structure. During construction, every two adjacent main beams and rubber foaming plates are installed firstly, and isolating layers are arranged; then, a bridge deck concrete pavement reinforcing mesh is arranged and a bridge deck concrete pavement layer is poured; after completion, bridge deck pavement reinforcing steel bars are installed, and steel fiber reinforced concrete is poured; and the construction is finished after the preset age is reached. According to the application, under the condition that an original simply-supported beam and inverted T-shaped bent cap system is not greatly influenced, the structure can be effectively simplified, the construction progress and quality are guaranteed, and the stress performance of a bridge deck continuous structure is guaranteed.
本发明公开了用于简支梁和倒T盖梁体系的桥面连续结构及施工方法,包括由多根主梁和横截面呈倒T形的倒T盖梁形成的桥梁结构;每一主梁上均设有桥面混凝土铺装层;每两个相邻的主梁的连接端,与相应的倒T盖梁之间均通过桥面连续构造连接;施工时,先安装每两个相邻的主梁、橡胶发泡板,并设置隔离层;然后,设置桥面混凝土铺装钢筋网并浇筑桥面混凝土铺装层;完成后,安装桥面铺装加强钢筋,并浇筑钢纤维混凝土;待达到预定龄期后即完成施工。本发明的应用能够在不对原有简支梁和倒T盖梁体系造成较大影响的情况下,能够的有效地简化构造,保障施工进度和质量,保证桥面连续构造的受力性能。
