The squatting and sitting integrated closestool comprises a pedestal pan, a squatting pan and a closestool moving device, wherein the closestool moving device is connected with the pedestal pan and can be used for driving the pedestal pan to move between a first position above the squatting pan and a second position far away from the first position in a reciprocating manner. The pedestal pan and the squatting pan are integrated, dual purposes of squatting and sitting are achieved, troubles caused by different defecation habits are omitted, and requirements of different crowds are met. In addition, the pedestal pan is folded and stored through the pedestal pan moving device, and the space area for integrating two kinds of sanitary ware is saved.
