Novel construction process of L-shaped partially-coated steel-concrete composite shear wall
The invention discloses a novel construction process of an L-shaped partially-coated steel-concrete composite shear wall. The novel construction process of the L-shaped partially-coated steel-concrete composite shear wall is characterized in that the L-shaped shear wall comprises an L-shaped frame and concrete filled in the L-shaped frame; the L-shaped frame comprises an L-shaped steel framework and tie bar steel bars which are connected with each other; the L-shaped steel framework is composed of two steel frames which are perpendicularly connected with each other and comprise a first steel frame and a second steel frame, and the first steel frame is T-shaped steel. The second steel frame comprises H-shaped steel arranged at the two ends respectively and a middle web connected with the H-shaped steel at the two ends. The construction process of the L-shaped shear wall comprises the following steps that firstly, the H-shaped steel and T-shaped steel are prepared; secondly, the second steel frame is manufactured; thirdly, the first steel frame and the second steel frame are connected, and manufacturing of the L-shaped steel framework is completed; fourthly, the L-shaped steel framework and the tie bar steel bars are connected, and manufacturing of the L-shaped frame is completed; fifthly, concrete is poured into the L-shaped frame; and manufacturing of the L-shaped shear wall is completed. The construction process has the characteristics that the manufacturing speed is high, and the manufactured L-shaped shear wall is high in strength and not prone to deformation.
本发明公开一种新型L型部分包覆钢混凝土组合剪力墙施工工艺,其特征在于:L型剪力墙包括L型框架和填充在L型框架内的混凝土;L型框架包括相连接的L型钢骨架和系杆钢筋;L型钢骨架由两段相互垂直连接的钢架组成,分别为第一钢架和第二钢架,第一钢架为T型钢;第二钢架包括分别设置在两端的H型钢、连接两端H型钢的中腹板;L型剪力墙施工工艺如下所述:一、制备H型钢、T型钢;二、制作第二钢架;三、将第一钢架和第二钢架连接,完成制作L型钢骨架;四、将L型钢骨架和系杆钢筋相连接,完成制作L型框架;五、在L型框架内灌注混凝土;完成L型剪力墙制作。该施工工艺具有制作速率快,制成的L型剪力墙强度较高,不易形变的特点。
