The novel energy-saving building roof comprises a slope roof, a wind driven generator and a photovoltaic panel; the slope roof comprises a roof unit, a flat top unit and a middle unit, wherein the roof unit is arranged on the flat top unit, and the middle unit is located between the roof unit and the flat top unit; the wind driven generator is arranged in the middle unit, a water storage hole is formed in the roof unit, and the wind driven generator penetrates through the water storage hole; a water storage mechanism is arranged in the middle unit, the water storage mechanism is arranged below the water storage hole and used for collecting rainwater, and a water storage tank is arranged in the middle unit; the water storage mechanism is in communication with the water storage tank; and the photovoltaic panel is arranged in the roof unit. The novel energy-saving building roof aims to solve the technical problem that the building can utilize resources in the environment.
