The invention discloses a sealed electric appliance panel mounting structure, which comprises a main panel and a profile frame matched with the main panel, the outer side of the main panel is provided with a step mounting surface recessed at the bottom of the main panel, the inner side edge of the step mounting surface is provided with a first inclined surface gradually inclined outwards from top to bottom, and the inner side edge of the step mounting surface is provided with a second inclined surface gradually inclined outwards from top to bottom. The profile frame comprises a mounting plate and a clamping strip vertically arranged on the mounting plate, the profile frame is tightly attached to the step mounting surface of the main panel through the mounting plate, and the outer side of the mounting plate is aligned to the outer side of the step mounting surface; the width of the mounting plate is smaller than the opening width of the step mounting face, a step containing groove is formed in the side, facing the inclined face, of the mounting plate, and a second inclined face is arranged on the side wall of the step containing groove. A filling groove used for being filled with adhesive is formed in the relative space between the mounting plate and the stepped containing groove and the first inclined face, and the profile frame is mounted on the stepped mounting face of the main panel and connected and mounted through the adhesive filled in the filling groove.
