The invention relates to a high-strength permanent thermal insulation board and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of wallboard materials for buildings. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of S1, preparing an ASP board, laminating, cooling, rolling and cutting a high-weather-resistance stress-free printing film and a preheated metal substrate which is bonded and washed by high-temperature curing resin to obtain the ASP board; S2, preparing a core material, cutting a foaming plate or a non-combustible vacuum plate of which the strength and the density meet the standard according to requirements, and mounting an inorganic fabric soaked with an epoxy adhesive in the direction of a flat plate surface; S3, before epoxy curing of the inorganic fabric, attaching ASP boards with the same size as the core material to the upper face and the lower face of the core material; S4, inserting macromolecular edgings or inorganic frames around the core material and the ASP boards; and S5, carrying out sealing treatment, and obtaining the high-strength permanent heat insulation plate. According to the high-strength permanent insulation board and the manufacturing method thereof, the processing technology is simple, the cost is saved, and the use requirements of the building industry are met.
