Method for rotatably lifting large-span special-shaped curved roof of steel structure
The invention provides a method for rotatably lifting a large-span special-shaped curved surface roof of a steel structure. The method comprises the following steps that the setting positions of each lifting anchor point and a lifting frame are determined according to the position of a roof structure column; then a rotating shaft and an assembly posture are determined; and finally, according to the vertical coordinates of each lifting anchor point in the design posture and the assembly posture of the roof structure, the stroke amount of each lifting anchor point is calculated. Each structural column of the roof completes the corresponding stroke within the same time, the roof is lifted to the assembly posture from the design posture, and application of the rotary lifting method to the large-span special-shaped curved surface roof of the steel structure is achieved.
本发明提供了一种钢结构大跨度异形曲面屋盖旋转提升的方法,根据屋盖结构柱位置确定各提升下锚点和提升架的设置位置,然后确定旋转轴和拼装姿态,最后根据屋盖结构设计姿态与拼装姿态各提升下锚点的竖向坐标,计算得到各提升下锚点的行程量,屋盖各结构柱在相同时间内完成对应行程,屋盖就由设计姿态提升到了拼装姿态,实现了旋转提升方法在钢结构大跨度异形曲面屋盖上的应用。
