The invention provides an anti-corner-falling window sash and a movable window. The anti-corner-falling window sash comprises a window sash frame, a window sash assembly and an anti-corner-falling cushion block; the window sash assembly comprises window glass, and the window sash frame is provided with a connecting side window sash frame vertical profile used for being connected with a window frame and a lower window sash frame transverse profile located below the window glass; the anti-corner-falling cushion block is arranged at the splicing position of the connecting side window sash frame vertical profile and the lower window sash frame transverse profile and comprises a vertically-extending cushion block fixing part and a transversely-extending cushion block supporting part, the cushion block fixing part is fixedly connected with the connecting side window sash frame vertical profile, and the cushion block supporting part is in contact fit with the lower end of the window glass and is suspended above the lower window sash frame transverse profile. By means of the anti-corner-falling cushion block, a main stress point, borne by window glass, of the window sash frame is changed from an original lower window sash frame transverse profile to an existing connecting side window sash frame vertical profile, deformation of the lower window sash frame transverse profile is avoided, and finally the corner falling phenomenon of the lower window sash frame transverse profile in the vertical direction is avoided.
