The invention discloses a clinker cooling waste heat recovery device for a dry-process cement clinker production line. The clinker cooling waste heat recovery device comprises a fixedly arranged base plate, a cooling cylinder, a cooling assembly and a driving assembly, wherein the interior of the cooling cylinder is used for providing a space for containing clinker, the two ends of the cooling cylinder are installed above the base plate through installation assemblies, the cooling cylinder can rotate around an axis of the cooling cylinder, and when the cooling cylinder turns over, the clinker in the cooling cylinder can be driven to turn over under the gravity of the clinker, so that all the clinker can be in alternate contact with the inner wall of the cooling cylinder; at least part of the cooling assembly is arranged in the side wall of the cooling cylinder, and the part of the cooling assembly can absorb heat of clinker in the cooling cylinder so as to achieve heat exchange; and the driving assembly is fixedly arranged above the base plate, and an output end of the driving assembly is connected with the cooling cylinder. The heat of all the clinker can be effectively absorbed by the cooling assembly in the side wall of the cooling cylinder, so that the heat exchange efficiency between the clinker and the cooling assembly is greatly improved on the whole.
