The invention relates to a waste concrete crushing and grading regeneration method. The method sequentially comprises the following steps of S1, manual crushing; S2, crushing by a machine; S3, screening; S4, secondary crushing; S5, soaking; S6, screening for the second time; S7, airing; and S8, bagging. According to the method, the waste concrete can be prepared into the recycled aggregate through the procedures of crushing, cleaning, screening and the like, the recycled aggregate replaces natural aggregate to be used for concrete mixing, and recycling of the waste concrete is achieved.
