The invention discloses a forming method and a mold of a waist-narrowed closetool and the waist-narrowed closestool. According to the forming method, an outer sleeve, a seat ring, a pipeline and a container bag of the waist-narrowed closestool are independently formed and then bonded together, the outer sleeve comprises an upper wall body located above the waist-narrowed line of the outer sleeve and a lower wall body located below the waist-narrowed line of the outer sleeve; the lower wall body is provided with an inner-layer wall body and an outer-layer wall body which are distributed inside and outside, and a cavity is formed between the inner-layer wall body and the outer-layer wall body, so that the lower wall body forms a hollow wall body capable of supporting the upper wall body. The lower wall body of the formed outer sleeve is large in thickness and good in strength, the outer sleeve is not prone to deformation or cracking after being formed, and therefore, the waist-narrowed closestool can be formed through the inner sleeve and outer sleeve technology and is suitable for high-pressure forming.
本发明公开了一种收腰型马桶的成型方法及模具和收腰型马桶，所述成型方法将收腰型马桶的外套、座圈、管道及胆包分别独立成型，再粘接在一起，并使所述外套包括位于其收腰线以上的上部壁体和位于其收腰线以下的下部壁体，下部壁体具有内外分布的内层壁体和外层壁体，内层壁体和外层壁体之间为空腔，使下部壁体形成能支撑上部壁体的空心壁体。本发明使成型后的外套的下部壁体的厚度较大，强度较好，外套成型后不易产生变形或开裂，从而使收腰型马桶能够采用内外套工艺进行成型，并适用于高压成型。
