The invention relates to the field of composite materials, and particularly discloses a prefabricated EPS particle and spontaneous combustion coal gangue lightweight aggregate co-doped insulation board which comprises the following raw materials: a composite cementing material, spontaneous combustion coal gangue coarse aggregate, spontaneous combustion coal gangue fine aggregate, EPS, an additive and water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the prefabricated EPS particle and spontaneous combustion coal gangue lightweight aggregate co-doped insulation board. In order to solve the problem that an existing external wall insulation board is easy to ignite due to the fact that organic materials are adopted, the EPS particle and spontaneous combustion coal gangue lightweight aggregate co-doped insulation board is prepared by combining the organic materials and inorganic materials according to the reasonable proportion of the raw materials; and the co-doped insulation board has the advantages that self-compacting performance is realized, the apparent density is low; the flame-retardant effect is good, the heat conductivity coefficient is low and the like.
