本发明公开了一种含镁一氧化硅的制备方法,包括原料:二氧化硅粉、金属硅粉、金属镁粉和粘结剂:制备如下:a.将上述原料按照重量份数称取;b.将二氧化硅粉、金属硅粉和金属镁粉放入到混合器中充分混合,制得混合物A;c.粘结剂加入到混合器中与混合物A进行混合,d.混合料通过压力机成型,成型后干燥至水份≤1%,e.将干燥后料放入到真空烧结炉中,抽真空加热反应,反应结束后充入N2进行冷却到200℃以下得到产品。本发明不仅提高锂电池负极材料能量密度,还能让电池首效达到88—92%,让真空烧结炉冷却时间缩短三分之一,改善操作人员劳动强度,降低含镁一氧化硅生产成本,提高含镁一氧化硅生产过程中效率,本发明也适用于一氧化硅生产。
