Preparation method of SiC-HfB2 double-layer composite material
The invention provides a preparation method of a SiC-HfB2 double-layer composite material. The prepapration method comprises the following steps: respectively carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on SiC powder, HfO2 powder and B4C powder with absolute ethyl alcohol, drying, mixing the SiC powder, HfO2 powder and B4C powder with a first sintering aid, carrying out pre-pressing molding to obtain a SiC pre-pressed layer, mixing the HfO2 powder and B4C powder with a second sintering aid, forming slurry with deionized water, coating the surface of the SiC pre-pressed layer with the slurry, pre-pressing to form an SiC-HfO2-B4C pre-pressing assembly, sintering the SiC-HfO2-B4C pre-pressing assembly to obtain a SiC-HfB2 double-layer composite material preparation body, and carrying out surface treatment on the SiC-HfB2 double-layer composite material preparation body to obtain the SiC-HfB2 double-layer composite material. The SiC-HfB2 double-layer composite material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is beneficial to avoiding the problems of non-uniform distribution of HfB2 particles and relatively low relative content caused by poor sintering property of the HfB2 due to direct addition of the HfB2, so that the SiC-HfB2 double-layer composite material has the characteristics of high bonding strength, high hardness and the like.
本发明提供了一种SiC‑HfB2双层复合材料的制备方法,其包括将SiC粉末、HfO2粉末、B4C粉末分别用无水乙醇进行超声清洗并烘干后,SiC粉末、HfO2粉末和B4C粉末与第一烧结助剂混合并预压成型得到SiC预压层,HfO2粉末和B4C粉末与第二烧结助剂混合与去离子水形成浆料,覆在SiC预压层表面,预压形成SiC‑HfO2‑B4C预压组合体,对SiC‑HfO2‑B4C预压组合体进行烧结后得到SiC‑HfB2双层复合材料预备体,SiC‑HfB2双层复合材料预备体表面处理后得到SiC‑HfB2双层复合材料。本发明所述的制备方法制备的SiC‑HfB2双层复合材料,有利于规避直接添加HfB2因其本身烧结性差引起的HfB2颗粒分布不均匀,且相对含量较低的问题,由此使得SiC‑HfB2双层复合材料具有结合强度高、硬度高等特性。
