A ceramic burning bearing jig provided by the invention comprises a base body made of an aluminum oxide material with the purity being 90% or above, an isolation layer which covers the surface of the base body and is made of ceramic isolation powder, and a bonding layer located between the isolation layer and the base body. The bonding layer is formed by high-temperature sintering of the contact surfaces of the isolation layer and the base body, the bonding layer can be utilized to enhance the binding force between the isolation layer and the base body, the isolation layer is prevented from being separated from the base body, the thickness of the isolation layer is 0.05-1.00 mm, the isolation layer can be utilized to isolate the aluminum oxide base body from a sintered product, the plate sticking phenomenon is avoided, the consumption of the ceramic isolation powder can be reduced, the cost can be reduced, the high cost performance is achieved, the phenomena of warping, cracking, pulverization and the like are not prone to being caused, stability is better, even if the isolating layer warps, the warping range and the warping degree are small, and the sintered product is not prone to being squeezed to be damaged. The manufacturing method of the ceramic sintering jig is easy to operate, easy to implement, convenient to adjust and high in yield.
本发明提供的陶瓷承烧治具,包括由纯度为90%以上的氧化铝材料制成的基体、覆盖在基体表面的由陶瓷隔离粉制成的隔离层、位于隔离层与基体之间的键结层,通过使键结层由隔离层、基体相互接触的表面经高温烧结而成,能够利用键结层增强隔离层与基体之间的结合力,避免隔离层从基体上脱离,通过使隔离层的厚度为0.05‑1.00mm,既能够利用隔离层隔离氧化铝基体与烧制品,避免粘板现象,又能够降低陶瓷隔离粉的用量,降低成本,实现较高的性价比,也不容易造成翘曲、开裂、粉化等现象,稳定性更好,即使隔离层出现翘曲,翘曲范围及翘曲程度也较小,不容易挤坏烧制品,本发明提供的陶瓷承烧治具的制作方法,操作简单、易于实施、便于调整、良品率高。
