The invention discloses a weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material and a preparation method thereof. The weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material comprises the following components: polypropylene resin, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, a compatilizer, an anti-aging aid and a processing aid. The low-hardness and high-modulus special elastomer TPEE is introduced on the basis of a polypropylene material so that the compatibility problem and the common weather resistance problem of the PP material are solved, and a brand new alloy material is obtained. By adding the TPEE, on one hand, the prepared PP material is softer, on the other hand, the PP material has better elastic modulus and surface hardness, and when the weather-proof soft floor polypropylene special material is applied to a sports field, better sports experience can be provided for athletes.
