The invention discloses a pavement paving device, which comprises: a tank body which is of a vertically arranged hollow cylinder structure and is provided with a feed port and a discharge port, wherein the discharge port is communicated with a discharge mechanism; a stirring mechanism which is located in the tank body, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft and a plurality of stirring rods, the first rotating shaft and the tank body are coaxially arranged, the first rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the tank body, and the stirring rods are fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft at intervals; and a pair of turning mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the first rotating shaft respectively; any turning mechanism comprises a cross rod and a plurality of first scrapers, the cross rod is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the tank body, the cross rod can rotate around the axis of the first rotating shaft and can also rotate around the axis of the cross rod, and the first scrapers are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the cross rod at intervals in the circumferential direction of the cross rod. The device has a stirring function, is high in stirring efficiency and good in stirring effect, and can improve the uniformity of discharging during pavement paving, so that the flatness of a pavement is improved, and the paving effect of the pavement is guaranteed.
