The water tank is arranged on the frame, the transmission mechanism and the multiple rotary spraying discs are arranged below the water tank, the rotary spraying discs communicate with the water tank, the mandrels and the water spraying discs are arranged in the rotary spraying discs, and the transmission mechanism drives the water spraying discs to rotate on the mandrel at the same time; the spraying range of the spraying trolley can be enlarged by utilizing the water inlet of the water channel in the mandrel and the rotary water spraying of the water spraying disc, and the spraying trolley is uniform in water spraying, good in effect and high in efficiency.
