Bridge head bumping bag type grouting repair construction method
The invention discloses a bridge head bumping bag type grouting repair construction method. The method comprises the following steps that (1) bag strings, structures of the bag strings which are horizontally and dispersedly arranged in a roadbed below a road surface of a bumping area at the bridgehead and the grouting amount of each bag string are designed according to field conditions; (2) a grouting hole is drilled, a wall protecting cylinder is adopted for protecting the formed hole, and the wall protecting cylinder is formed by splicing at least two cylinder pieces in an inserted mode; the diameter of the expanded bag is larger than the outer diameter of the wall protecting cylinder; (3) the bag strings are arranged in the corresponding wall protecting cylinders; (4) delayed coagulation type slurry is filled; (5) after grouting, the set duration is kept, then the pavement settlement recovery condition of the bridgehead bumping area is monitored, and if the pavement settlement recovery condition is recovered to the specified line shape, repairing is ended; and if the pavement is not restored to the specified line shape, additional grouting is carried out again till the pavement is restored to the specified line shape through settlement. According to the method, the lifting range and the lifting amount of the road surface can be accurately controlled through grouting under the condition that traffic is not interrupted at the road-bridge transition section.
本发明公开了一种桥头跳车囊式注浆修复施工方法,采用以下步骤:1)根据现场情况设计囊袋串以及其水平分散布设在桥头跳车区域路面下方路基内的结构和每个囊袋串的注浆量;2)钻注浆孔并采用护壁圆筒对成孔进行保护,护壁圆筒是由至少两瓣筒片插接拼装而成的;囊袋膨胀后的直径大于护壁圆筒的外径;3)将囊袋串安置于对应的护壁圆筒内;4)加注缓凝型浆液;5)注浆后保持设定时长,然后监测桥头跳车区域路面沉降恢复情况,若已经恢复至规定线形,则修复结束;若未恢复至规定线形,则再次追加注浆,直至路面沉降恢复至规定线形。本发明可以在路桥过渡段不中断交通的情况下,通过注浆准确控制路面抬升范围和抬升量。
