The invention discloses a foundation tamping device for constructional engineering. The foundation tamping device comprises a sweeping board, a tamping mechanism, a soil filling mechanism and a turning mechanism, moving wheels are installed at the four corners of the bottom of the sweeping board, two sets of symmetrically-arranged handles are fixedly installed on the side wall of the sweeping board, a box is fixedly installed at the top of the sweeping board, the tamping mechanism penetrates through the sweeping board to be connected with the box, the soil filling mechanism is installed at the top of the sweeping board, the turning mechanism is installed at the bottom of the sweeping board. According to the foundation tamping device for the constructional engineering, soil can be filled in pits in a foundation pit, the foundation pit can be compacted more uniformly, and stones can be prevented from being splashed to workers.
