The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an assembled prefabricated wall concrete slab. The assembled prefabricated wall concrete slab comprises a concrete slab body integrally formed by pouring two supporting plates and at least four supporting columns located between the supporting plates, four connecting frames which are inserted into the middle of the two supporting plates and attached to the supporting columns are arranged on the periphery of the concrete slab body. A construction method comprises the steps of pretreatment, connecting frame installation, wall body assembly and aftertreatment. The concrete slab has the beneficial effects that the concrete slab can be prefabricated in a factory and then transported to a designated position to be assembled to manufacture a wall body, pipelines can be conveniently installed in the concrete slab, the concrete slab is high in structural strength, the structural strength can be enhanced according to needs, meanwhile, the assembling operation is simple, during construction, the supporting plate can meet the requirements for mounting external structures such as windows and pipelines by cutting or drilling corresponding parts in the later period, and building walls with required sizes can be quickly assembled.
