The invention discloses a construction process for an impervious design concrete-based terrazzo ground. The process comprises the following steps: S1, galling a base floor, cleaning the same, and building a concrete formwork; S2, taking concrete raw materials, and stirring and uniformly mixing the raw materials; S3, pouring uniformly mixed concrete raw materials into the concrete formwork, and conducting curing after concrete pouring is completed to form a concrete base layer; S4, conducting rough polishing treatment on a terrazzo plate, uniformly coating the surface of the terrazzo plate with a sealing agent, and drying water; S5, conducting fine polishing treatment on the surface of the terrazzo plate with the first antifouling protective layer, uniformly coating a sealing agent, and drying water; and S6, paving the terrazzo plate to a concrete base layer. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the concrete base is good in volume stability, compactness and durability and high in waterproof and anti-seepage capacity, the terrazzo plate is high in anti-seepage and anti-fouling capacity, and the later maintenance cost of the terrazzo ground is reduced.
