Recycled aggregate is adopted to replace traditional natural coarse aggregate, and each cubic meter of the high-strength geopolymer recycled aggregate concrete bearing structure material comprises 216.6-346.7 kg/m<3> of fly ash, 86.7-216.6 kg/m<3> of slag, 698.7 kg/m<3> of sand, 321-1283.9 kg/m<3> of natural aggregate, 321-962.9 kg/m<3> of recycled aggregate, 0.1-8.7 kg/m<3> of a water reducing agent and 208.2 kg/m<3> of an alkali activator. All the materials are uniformly stirred by adding water and cured at normal temperature for 28 days, the compressive strength reaches 90 MPa or above, good slump and flowability are achieved, the performance requirements of a bearing structure material are met, the defect that traditional geopolymer concrete is poor in working performance is effectively overcome, meanwhile, the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste aggregate is solved to a certain extent, and reduction of carbon emission is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种高强地聚合物再生骨料混凝土承重结构材料及其制备方法。采用再生骨料来替代传统的天然粗骨料,每立方米高强地聚合物再生骨料混凝土承重结构材料包括粉煤灰216.6‑346.7 kg/m³、矿渣86.7‑216.6 kg/m³、砂698.7 kg/m³、天然骨料321‑1283.9 kg/m³、再生骨料321‑962.9 kg/m³、减水剂0.1‑8.7 kg/m³和碱激发剂208.2 kg/m³。将全部材料加水搅拌均匀,常温养护28d,抗压强度达90MPa以上并具有良好的坍落度和流动性,满足作为承重结构材料的性能要求,有效地克服了传统地聚合物混凝土工作性能较差的缺点,同时也在一定程度上解决了废弃骨料引起的环境污染问题,有利于减少碳排放。
