The invention discloses a piling device and a righting device thereof. The device comprises a first base and a second base located on both sides of a mast of a piling hammer; a first hinge arm and a second hinge arm, wherein the first hinge arm is hinged to the first base, and the second hinge arm is hinged to the second base; a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece used for clamping a precast pile, wherein the first clamping piece is connected with the first hinge arm, and the second clamping piece is connected with the second hinge arm; and a driving piece which drives the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece to get away from each other and get close to each other. The driving part is started to enable the first hinge arm and the second hinge arm to be far away from each other, then the first clamping part and the second clamping part are driven to be far away, and the first clamping part and the second clamping part are arranged on the outer side of the precast pile in a sleeving mode; and then the first hinge arm and the second hinge arm get close to each other through the driving piece, and then the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are driven to get close to each other until the precast pile is clamped through the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, and positioning and righting of the precast pile are achieved.
