The multifunctional pipe hoisting machine comprises a chassis, an electrical system, a hydraulic system, a bulldozing assembly and a hoisting assembly; the bulldozing assembly and the hoisting assembly are installed on the chassis, and the electrical system and the hydraulic system control the bulldozing assembly and the hoisting assembly to act; the chassis comprises a left track frame, a right track frame, a frame, a balance beam, a cushion block structure and a pin shaft; the two ends of the balance beam are separately connected with the left track frame and the right track frame; when the pipe hoisting machine is in a hoisting mode, the frame is fixedly connected with the two ends of the balance beam at a certain angle, so that the bulldozing assembly is located at the maximum elevation position; and when the pipe hoisting machine is in a bulldozing mode, the frame is in suspended connection with the balance beam, and thus the left track frame and the right track frame can rotate relative to the frame. The problems that in the prior art, the function is single and limited due to the rigid connection mode of a chassis of a pipe lifting machine, and the requirements of customers for multiple working conditions cannot be met are solved.
