The invention discloses a fabricated prefabricated external shear wall. The fabricated prefabricated external shear wall comprises a plate wall clamping mechanism, an auxiliary pressurizing mechanism, a prefabricated shear wall mechanism, an embedded steel bar assembly and a concrete pouring cavity combination; the plate wall clamping mechanism comprises a blocking plate, a supporting piece and a propelling combination installed outside the supporting piece; the auxiliary pressurizing mechanism is inserted into the blocking plate; and the prefabricated shear wall mechanism comprises a main wall combination, an auxiliary wall combination located on one side of the exterior of the main wall combination and a window frame wall combination located outside the auxiliary wall combination. Transverse tension steel bars extending to the two sides of the exterior of a concrete wall body at equal intervals can be matched with steel bar ends outside the auxiliary wall combination, the embedded steel bar assembly embedded in a cement foundation is used for inserting the steel bar ends matched with wall seams of the main wall combination and the auxiliary wall combination, and therefore the efficiency of pouring cement into the wall seams of two shear walls can be improved, and the consistency of the two adjacent shear walls on the horizontal line is greatly improved.
