The unit plate comprises a curtain wall framework and a curtain wall panel, wherein the curtain wall framework comprises an outer frame, a middle stand column, a middle cross beam and inclined struts; the outer frame comprises side stand columns and side cross beams; sleeve cores are arranged on the side cross beams; the sleeve cores are sleeved with and connected to two ends of the middle stand column; the middle cross beams are connected with the middle stand column and the side stand columns; the side stand columns are connected with the inclined struts; the inclined struts are connected with the middle stand column and the side stand columns; and the curtain wall panel is arranged on the curtain wall framework. The middle stand columns, the middle cross beams and the inclined struts are arranged on the curtain wall framework, and the sleeve cores are used for installation, so that the safety, the reliability and the wind load resistance capability of the unit plate are very good, and the strength of the unit plate is effectively enhanced.
