The invention discloses a building platform frame body and a mounting method thereof. The building platform frame body comprises a plurality of frame body modules. The mounting method of the building platform frame body comprises the following steps that a main guide rail is mounted on a wall of a construction building body, and the main guide rail extends in the vertical direction; the first frame body module is mounted on the main guide rail and located above the top of a scaffold, and the height of the frame body modules corresponds to the height of a preset floor so as to construct the preset floor; and the mounted frame body module on the main guide rail is jacked by the preset height, a new frame body module is mounted below the mounted frame body module, and the rest can be done in the same manner till the whole building platform frame body is mounted. According to the mounting method of the building platform frame body, sub-module mounting of the building platform frame body is achieved, mounting of the whole building platform frame body can be completed without dismounting the whole scaffold, normal construction of the building body is not affected, and the building construction period is prevented from being delayed.
