The telescopic hanging basket leveling base comprises two fixed bases and two adjusting sleeves; each fixed base comprises a bottom plate and two vertical plates; fixing holes are formed in the vertical plates; a plurality of through adjusting holes are formed in the two opposite side faces of each adjusting sleeve; the adjusting holes are located at different heights of the adjusting sleeves; the two bottom plates are fixed to a building structure; and the two fixing holes of the two vertical plates are fixedly connected with the corresponding adjusting holes in the two adjusting sleeves through fasteners. The telescopic hanging basket leveling base has the advantages that the tops of the two adjusting sleeves are kept at the same height through the adjusting holes at different heights of the adjusting sleeves, and the hanging basket can be kept horizontally installed on the basis of the building structure applied to non-horizontal and multi-angle positions; and the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and the application range is wide.
